From stock/OEM injectors to high flow aftermarket injectors, We can service them all!
Typical service time is 1-2 business days.
Don't lose an engine over a dirty or failing injector! Our top of the line flow bench and production grade testing machine will simulate your injectors running from idle to full throttle situations. This allows us to find problematic injectors that can ruin a engine or dyno tune date. We service all aftermarket injector brands and can provide you with real world flow data. Give us a call if you have any questions!
Question: My tuner says my injectors are causing "this problem". Will servicing my injectors help resolve this?
ANSWER: Typically, YES we can run a flow bench simulated test on your injectors at your specific fuel pressure to find if there are issues at low pulse widths like idle or cranking, all the way up to full throttle and even test static flow. This is a great piece of mind to have when diagnosing a problem. After testing we will be able to assure you that your injectors are functioning properly or inform you of an issue.
Question: Will cleaning my injectors shorten the life span?
ANSWER: No. Typically this will lengthen the life span of the injector. If trash or varnish/build up is left in the injector for a long period of time and run without cleaning, you can damage the internals of the injector permanently. Keeping them clean and free of debris is the best way to lengthen the life span of the injector.
Question: How often should I have my injectors cleaned?
ANSWER: This varies on the usage of the vehicle and type of fuel being run.
Your typical daily driver being run on pump gasoline will usually benefit from a cleaning every 40,000-50,000 miles due to some trash picked up from older fuel stations.
Your weekend hotrod that may sit in the garage for a week at a time or only ran 3-4 times a month we like to service at least once a year.
Dedicated race vehicles that run exotic fuels like E85, Methanol, or high octane drum fuel need to be serviced before each race event. This is due to the higher corrosive fuels used in racing. Ethanol will gel up and attract moisture if left sitting for as little as 2 weeks! This can drastically change flow capabilities on a high flow injector. Methanol vehicles should be flushed after each event with gasoline to prevent corrosion and complete destruction of the injectors internals.
We offer cleaning, injector rebuilding and flow testing for all of your fuel injection needs!
